Goal

Having a clear goal and sharing it with your trainer is the starting point. Once the goal is set, the path becomes visible.

Difficulty

Light, medium or high — the difficulty depends entirely on you. Every plan is tailored to the person in front of me.

Duration

Real transformation requires a long-term mindset. Some results appear immediately, others take time — both are progress.

Frequency

2 weekly 1:1 sessions + at least 1 solo gym session. Training 2–3× a week is the foundation of real transformation.
